Four arrested for killing, robbing Ggn man in moving cab

New Delhi: Four men have been arrested for killing and robbing a man from Gurugram inside a cab earlier this month, Delhi Police said on Saturday.
The accused had also froced him to reveal his ATM pin using which they shopped for several hours in Delhi.
The accused were identified as Ajay Kumar, Nirmal Sharma, Pratap Singh alias Titoo and Arif, a repeat offender with many cases against him.
On December 14, Sharma and Titoo noticed the victim Sunil Kumar Bhatt trying to board a bus to Haridwar at Gurugram bus stand.
They informed Arif and Kumar about Bhatt, after which the latter brought an Indica car outside the bus stand.
Arif, Sharma and Titoo convinced Bhatt to accompany them, telling him they were also going to Haridwar.
With Bhatt seated between Sharma and Tittoo, as soon as the reached near Delhi, the two started beating Bhatt up and snatched his bag filled with cash, his cellphone and his ATM card.
The two then forced him to tell them his ATM PIN, by continuously beating him.
"During the fight, Sharma locked Bhatt's neck between his arms, while Titoo strangulated him with a muffler to death. Titoo then dumped the body under an isolated loop near the Airport from NH-8. Later, the accused took a U turn towards Mahipalpur and found an ATM where they withdrew Rs 10,000 from Bhatt's card.
"Our teams worked on the CCTV clues and reached the accused, as they had made some transactions from the ATM card at Big Bazaar Shopping Mall," said DCP (South West) Milind Dumbere said on Saturday.
