DUTA appeals VC to constitute governing body

The letter sent to VC reads, "despite repeated appeals and reminders, the DU administration has been delaying the formation of full governing bodies in several colleges. We find no justification in the frivolous EC decision to delay the process by constituting a committee for a purpose that could have been easily sorted out within a working week."
