Duo held for stealing mobile phones in Metro

NEW DELHI: Delhi Metro police arrested two men ifor stealing mobile phone on Wednesday.
Police performing patrolling duty at Kashmere Gate Metro Station caught Jakir (30) while he was trying to steal a mobile phone from the complainant at platform number three.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (metro) Pankaj Singh said that a complainant approached police at Raja Garden Metro Station and reported that his mobile phone was stolen in running Metro train between Jhandewalan Metro Station to Karol Bagh Metro Station.
Subsequently, the patrolling team apprehended Sarfaraj (22) and the stolen phone was recovered.
