Man strangled to death by colleague in Mundka

A 25-year-old man was found strangulated to death in Mundka area on late Sunday night.
The deceased has been identified as Manish, who used to work in a local godown near his house.
The police has arrested the accused on Monday.
The accused, identified as Sunny, had killed Manish after they got into a verbal confrontation.
A case has been registered under appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code at Mundka Police Station.
According to police, Manish who lived with his family at Puncture Wali Gali in Mundka, was found dead a few metres away from his house.
He was taken to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
After finding injury marks on his neck, police
had registered the case of murder.
"The medical report showed that he died of strangulation. We had reason to believe that he was strangulated
with a cloth. So, we visited the locality as we thought that it may be a case of personal enmity," said a senior police official, privy to the investigation.
Soon after police picked him from the locality itself for questioning, Sunny was arrested.
He told police that he was fired recently from the godown, where he and Manish worked.
"Sunny was an
alcoholic and would steal from his owner," the official said.
"On the day of the incident, Sunny was loitering around the godown.
"When Manish asked him to leave, Sunny got angry and fought with him, killing him in the process," the official added.
