Fight between examiner, non-teaching staff at Gargi College

During the checking of the commerce stream papers at Delhi University's Gargi College, a fight broke out between an examiner and a nonteaching staff on Tuesday. A complaint has been lodged at Hauz Khas police station.

The incident took place when Dr. Rajesh was waiting for the issue of the examination copies. However, Rajesh was left waiting for a few minutes, while the nonteaching staff kept issuing papers to others.

The stranglehold was broken up by several professors who witnessed the scuffle. The teachers present at the spot have told Millennium Post that this was not the first time. "A few days ago another professor was manhandled. These are deliberate attacks," said Dr. Rajat, a professor.
