Outstation students facing difficulty in online registration

As the last date to apply in Delhi University comes close, the registration portal seems to be playing spoilsport as problems with it galore. Students from poor background are facing troubles in online form filling.
Madhav Kumar from Bihar said, "I have come with my father all the way from Bihar.

The cyber cafes have promised us to help us upload details but we are flummoxed about the procedure of filling the details in the form."
A university official stated that in open days, several officials from various colleges had come and expressed willingness to provide students with computers to complete their form filling requirements free of cost.
"Yet, due to lack of awareness, they end up going to a cyber cafe with computers who charge them exorbitantly."

Some students owning to the lack of technical often end up filling wrong details and have expressed helplessness regarding the same.

"I have filled the wrong details. Is there any alternate way now?" asks Vikas Sehrawat who has come from Panipat.
Another such aspirant, Gurpreet Singh said, "I have come from Gurdaspur and want to know the procedure of getting into Minority colleges like SGTB Khalsa and others."

Some students having indigent background stated that some provision for offline forms should have been made as the university has made the registration process completely online without any offline form center.
Tejaswi Sarang who has come from Madhya Pradesh said, "On the registration portal I am unable to upload my Aadhar card, photo and marks website displays error about file size I am unsure about what to do at the moment."

Students from all milieus are seen wandering helplessly in and around Delhi University.
