DCW rescues two more girls from ashram

New Delhi: Two girls were rescued by Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) from the ashram of self-styled godman Baba Virendra Dev Dixit in Delhi. The women commission claimed that the girls will be counseled and their parents will be called.
According to DCW, two girls identified as minors by Child Welfare Committee (CWC) were rescuedd from godman in Karawal Nagar area. Total 48 girls rescued till now."All will be kept in the same shelter home and will be counseled, their ages shall be verified and their parents will be called. Hope CBI arrests Baba soon," said Swati Jai Hind, DCW Chairperson.
She further claimed she saw some affidavits signed by the girls clearly showing that they dedicated their lives to the godman. "We will try to know about parents and try to know what was the circumstances in which the girl was given to godman," said Jai Hind. DCW also suspected that the chief of Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya, Baba Virender Dikshit might be running a human trafficking racket in Delhi and all over India.
