The board approved the extension of the scheme of regularisation of unauthorised water connection at a nominal amount of Rs 500 per connection for Domestic consumer and Rs 1,500 for Commercial/Industrial connections till June 30. By the implementation of the scheme, the board will bring more and more consumers under its authorised water connection ambit.
