Cong to bank on social media for MCD poll campaign

Gearing up for Municipal polls, the Delhi Congress on Wednesday decided to use social media and small meetings for its campaigning strategy.

The party will also hold public discussions at famous eatery points in the national Capital, which will be titled "Delhi Ki Baat Dil Ke Sath.

The Congress will also hold a "chat pe charcha" at Bharat Nagar and organise around 200 small meetings keeping civic polls in view. Delhi Congress president Ajay Maken said that the party will also organise a live discussion on Facebook.

"We will concentrate on close interaction with the voters instead of holding big meetings," Maken said.
