Cong lashes out at BJP, says all MCD promises unfulfilled

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Congress Chief Ajay Maken asserted that BJP led Municipal Corporation failed to keep all the promises they made before the election.

He released a report highlighting the mismanagement and misgovernance with the BJP.

"Due to the fight between the BJP, ruling the three Municipal Corporations of Delhi, and the Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi, no work at the ground level has been carried out during the past three months," Maken said.

He said due to the tussle between the BJP and the AAP, the North MCD has not yet constituted its Standing Committee, and many zonal committees have also not been formed.

Maken said this while releasing a "charge sheet" and a "charter of demands", as the BJP completed 100 days in power in the three MCDs.
