Clear morning in Delhi

New Delhi: It was a clear morning in the national capital on Tuesday with the minimum temperature settling at 28.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, the MeT office said.

The weatherman has forecast strong surface winds during day time and the maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 41 degrees Celsius.

The humidity recorded at 8.30 am in the city was 45 per cent, he added.
