CISF seizes two gold bars worth Rs 60 lakh at IGI Airport

New Delhi: The CISF on Monday detected two gold bars weighing 2 kilogram worth of Rs 60 lakh at Indira Gandhi International Airport, on official release on Tuesday.
According to the CISF, around 11 pm during the pre-embarkation security check at demostic security hold area of terminal-3, CISF official detected two gold bars weighing around 1 kilogram each from a passengers concealed inside his handbaggage.
On enquiry, he could not produce any valid document for possing the for the recoverd gold bars. The senior officials and customs official informed for the further legal action in the matter.
