New Delhi: Delhi BJP on Tuesday submitted a complaint against the Congress for alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct in the way it is conducting its campaign in the Capital city. Accusing the party of using autorickshaws in Delhi for advertisements, the State General Secretary for the saffron party, Rajesh Bhatia said that the Congress is violating the MCC that is currently in place.
Bhatia added that the Congress is affixing photographs of its president on the backs of autorickshaws in Delhi and that he has made a written complaint to the Chief Electoral Officer of the Capital. "The people of Delhi are ready to participate in the election process but the Congress Party is openly
violating Model Code of Conduct," he said.
