Assailants target SUV on Sohna road, kill man

Gurugram: On Friday, a man and a woman were targeted inside a Toyota Fortuner by unknown assailants who fired eight shots at the SUV.

The incident occurred near the Sector-47 area in Sohna road that is one of the busiest traffic intersections in the city.

The brazen attack resulted in the man succumbing to his injuries.

The man, identified as Ilias who hailed from Sohna, was receiving treatment at the private hospital.

According to police, the attack may be the reason of local gang rivalry.

The law enforcement officials have now begun the search for the woman who was present at the scene of crime with the man.

Having sustained minor injuries she was not admitted in the hospital and was discharged after the dressing up by the hospital staff.

The city is no stranger to deadly gang wars spilling on the streets of Gurugram.

A large number of incidents are being witnessed in the city where the people are attempting murders on the busy streets of Gurugram.

In the past few months, there have been around four murders that have occurred on busy traffic routes.

Shockingly, most of these incidents have occurred during the daytime.
