AAP writes to CEO over BJP's alleged poll code violation
NEW DELHI: AAP legal cell filed a complaint against unauthorised advertising through a mobileapp by the BJP, which is allegedly also using Narendra Modi's photo to Delhi's Chief Election Commissioner. The party claimed that through this AAP the BJP is allegedly advertising PM Narendra Modi's photo and work. In a letter to the CEO the party asked to note the violation of the model code of conduct by the BJP.
"From the day one the BJP is violating the poll code and this time we have found it in a mobile app. The party wrote the CEO and we hope that he would look after matter," said a leader. He added that the BJP in Delhi has become directionless and taking such ways to spread their propaganda.
"After the AAP took the issue of the full statehood and unmasked the lies of the BJP on the issue the people
have understood that the BJP has betrayed the residents of Delhi. This time they did
not even give space to the demand in its manifesto," said the leader.
