3-day Int'l conference on inter-disciplinary research organised at IP University
New Delhi: Three days international conference on 'Changing Paradigms in Inter disciplinary Research in Higher Education across the Globe and its Relevance in Teacher Education (ICCPIR-2019) organised at University School of Education(USE), IP university at Dwarka campus.
Professor Sangeeta Chauhan, Dean, USE said that the conference was attended by scholars of various disciplines came from across the country and globe.
The conference included perspective papers, research papers, case studies, ethnographic studies and poster presentation spread over 17 parallel technical sessions.
Moreover, the Professor Ananda Palaniappan, University of Malaya, who was the key speaker at the conference.
In the address, he examined how inter, disciplinary research has been employed to address some of the most crucial issues in education, especially teacher education.
Professor Shakila T Shamsu from department of higher education, MHRD gave a brief outline on the initiatives taken by the MHRD like formation of 75 National Resource Centers and LEAP programme. The conference was sponsored by MHRD under the PMMMNMTT Scheme.
