3 bodies, a pool of blood and a chaotic morning

Ghaziabad: Blood spots, bodies and disbelief among the residents, this is how the day started in Indirapuram's Krishna Apra Sapphire Apartment. It was around 5:30 am when the police officials got a call from the apartment security guard regarding three people lying on the ground in a pool of blood.

The police team reached the spot and informed their senior officers. Later, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Ghaziabad Sudhir Kumar Singh, himself reached the spot and took stock of the situation.

The horrific incident which reminds about the mass suicide in Burari, where 11 people of the same family died inside the house in July, 2018.

One of the resident said that in the morning there was a chaotic situation in the society, the guard was seen rushing from the main gate and later the incident was discovered. The family moved into the society in October and had a very good behaviour.

"The children were also very polite with other residents," said a woman, who collects garbage from the society. The residents were in a shock of grief that the whole family ended their lives in such a horrific manner.

SSP Singh said that the deceased have named his close relative for cheating him in business.

"Gulshan Vasudev was also depressed because of the loan he had taken from the market. The cheque which was given by his relative also bounced. The relative also promised him to give some property but in this case, also Vasudev (deceased) was cheated," said SSP

Happy family

The Facebook profile of Gulshan Vasudev suggested that he had a business of readymade garments. He had posted several photos related to the new collection of clothes on his Facebook wall. Vasudev had also posted photographs with his family in which all the members were seen very happy. Apart from that he had also shared several selfies with his son and daughter.

Less emotional connection

Meanwhile, a psychiatrist working in a government hospital told Millennium Post, "Nowadays there is less emotional connectivity among people. There are several cases where parents killed their child before committing suicide, thinking that no one could take care of their kids after their death."
