24-year-old shot dead in Gurugram
Gurugram: A case of murder has been registered at Rajendra Park police station of Gurugram after a body of 24-year-old was found in his car lying in a pool of blood near Dhankot village of Gurugram on Tuesday.
He was killed after the unknown assailants shot him in his head.
The deceased has been identified as Sachin who was a resident of Daultabad.
The real motive of the murder has not been ascertained. Sources in the police highlighted that they are investigating all angles into the case.
The police have seized one used bullet and a live cartridge from his car.
"His death was hastened after his killers shot him on the forehead. There can be a possibility that he may have been killed in the fit of rage by people who wanted to rob him or it can also be an incident of feud within the family. We will soon get hold of the murderer and know the real reason," said a senior police official from Gurugram police.
The case came days after another youth Ashish Puniyal, 25, also shot dead in Sector-7.
