23-yr-old held for molestation in Mandir Marg

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police have arrested a 23-year-old man accused for molestating a girl at Mandir Marg here.
On December 30, a complaint of 'eve-teasing' of his 13-year-old daughter was filed by a man at Mandir Marg police station, wherein he alleged she was caught from behind by an unknown youth when she was going home from her tuitions.
A case under Section 354 IPC and POCSO Act was registered and investigation began.
CCTV footage of cameras installed near the spot were analysed, dossier of previously involved criminals were shown to the victim "On Januray 4, Yash, 23, a resident of Paharganj, was arrested," said a senior police officer on Saturday.
