2 missing children reunited with parents at Delhi Airport
NEW DELHI: Two missing children who lost their way at Delhi Airport and got separated with their parents were reunited by the Delhi Police. On July 6, Woman sub-inspector Anita Kumari who was deployed at Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP), observed that two unattended children were wandering and crying loudly in the parking area. Anita responded proactively and after initial enquiry, the names of the children were revealed as Master Zennul aged — 5 years and Miss Tanno aged — 8 years and that of their parent's as Istkar and Razia who were going to perform haj Pilgrimage. Thereafter, Anita took them along with her and went to the Haj Parking Area and searched for their parents.
When the SI asked them to re-call some more details, they stated that they belong from Bulandsahar, UP and came at IGI airport in a bus with their parents and got separated from them in the crowd. After that Sub Inspector Anita reached bus parking and traced their parents and thus the children were reunited with their
parents within half an hour. Both parents were full of appreciations to the young woman officer of Delhi Police for her alertness in reuniting their missing children.
