Delhi Day celebrated on Thursday

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday inaugurated the ‘Delhi Day’ by lighting the lamp at Hamsadhwani Theatre in India International Trade Fair. A grand cultural programme was organised to mark the occasion.

Renowned singer Kailash Kher gave live performance and won the hearts of thousands of people and visitors of the fair in the event.

Kejriwal also recited his favourite song “Insan ka insan se ho bhai chara, yahi hai paigham hamara,” with the audience also joining in.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Health Minister Satyendar Jain, Chief Secretary K K Sharma, Principal Secretary and Commissioner Industries Chetan B Sanghi and MD, DSIIDC Sanjeev Ahuja 

were also present for the occasion.
