Delhi Archbishop thanks Modi over Jesuit’s release

Archbishop of Delhi Anil J.T. Couto on Tuesday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and government officials for safe and secure release of Father Alexis Premkumar who was abducted by Taliban in Afghanistan. He was abducted from Herat on June 2, 2014. Archbishop Couto met Father Alexis and his family members here and expressed joy at his release and home coming. The Archbishop also met some officials of the MHA and thanked Modi and the government for securing his release.
