The mother of the 18-year-old stunt biker who was killed in police firing in the wee hours of Sunday, has demanded a CBI inquiry into her son's death.

'I want a CBI inquiry to be conducted because I do not believe in the investigation being conducted,' Manju Pandey, mother of the deceased Karan Pandey, said. Karan Pandey was cremated on Tuesday at the Malviya Nagar crematorium in south Delhi. 'The policeman who fired at my son should be arrested as he took his life without any reason,' she added.

Stunt biking by around 100 young men led to  tragedy in the heart of Delhi early on Sunday when police opened fire, killing Karan, who was riding pillion on Punit Sharma’s motorcycle, police said.
