‘De-seal towers having valid permissions’

Delhi High Court on Friday directed the three municipal corporations to follow its earlier directions to immediately de-seal those mobile towers for which cellular operators have obtained valid licences. A Bench of justices Badar Durrez Ahmed and Siddharth Mridul issued the direction to the corporations on an application moved by Idea Cellular and Cellular Operators Association of India who have claimed that around 130 of their mobile towers have been wrongly sealed by the MCDs.
