Daniel says it’s fine if Kanye West plays Bond
Amidst growing speculation about the successor to Daniel Craig in the James Bond franchise, the actor has said that he is fine if rapper-designer Kanye West plays the role of the fictional superspy.
The Skyfall actor, who has already hinted that a woman or a black actor may be playing the Bond character in the next movie, says that if it is Kanye West then he should be brought on board now, reports femalefirst.co.uk. “Is Kanye the new one? F**k it, yeah, get him in now,” GQ Australia magazine quoted Craig as saying. Irritated with the endless speculation about his successor — especially as he’s yet to call time on his tenure as Bond, the 47-year-old quipped: “You know Roger Moore’s also 200-1? So too David Beckham. Whatever... on the list of my priorities this is not even near the bottom.”
