Court to order on 24 nov on servants’ narco tests in Aarushi murder case

The special CBI court hearing the twin Aarushi-Hemraj murder case on Thursday fixed 24 November for its order on defence plea seeking that narco tests and other reports of Rajesh Talwar’s three domestic helps be submitted in the court.  The counsel representing Rajesh and Nupur Talwar told the court of special CBI judge S Lal that reports of narco, lie-detector and polygraph tests of Rajkumar, Krishna and Vijay Mandal had not been presented in the court during the hearing. Along with the reports of these tests, the defence counsel also demanded Hyderbad-based CDFD lab’s worksheet to be also submitted in the court. Objecting to the plea, prosecution B K Singh said the defence counsel can make such a demand only when their questioning begins. Hearing both the sides, the court reserved its order for 24 November.  Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, who attended the hearing today, were represented by advocates Tanvir Mir, Satyektu Singh and Manoj Sisodia. Teenager Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj were murdered in 2008 and her parents, dentists Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, are being tried for the killings.
