Court restrains Gogoi from making statement against Sarma

A local court has restrained Assam CM Tarun Gogoi from making any statement against BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma regarding his alleged involvement in Saradha chit fund and Louis Berger scams. Kamrup Metropolitan Civil Court No. 1 Judge S I Rahman passed an order of injunction with regard to the Rs 100-crore defamation case filed by Sarma in December last year.
