Consumer Affairs Ministry partners Ficci for welfare activities

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution on the occasion of World Consumer Rights Day signed an MoU with Ficci on the six-point partnership agenda during the mega-event organised by MoCA at Vigyan Bhavan. 

The event was chaired by Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan along with Consumer Affairs Secretary C Viswanathan. The MoU envisages activities towards which industry associations and their members would endeavour to work for the welfare of the consumers. This was the vision of Minister Paswan which he shared with all the industry associations during the first meeting convened by him on January 12, 2016.
