CM announces Rs 5 crore aid for HP victims

Delhi Chief Minister on Wednesday announced that the city government will donate Rs 5 crore for the victims of the floods in Himachal Pradesh.
The heavy rains and the resultant floods affected a large number of people in the hill state. Dikshit expressed her sympathies with the victims while announcing that a cheque worth Rs 5 crore will soon be handed over to the Himachal government. A few days back, the government had announced a relief package of Rs 10 crore for the victims in Uttarakhand.Â
