Civic volunteers can continue service till Jan 15: High Court

The Calcutta High Court has allowed civil volunteers to continue with their service till January 15. On Friday, the High Court gave the direction allowing them to continue. They were supposed to continue with their work till December 31.
The High Court had pointed out certain discrepancies in recruitment of the civic volunteers and the next hearing in this case will be held on January 11.
