Chat-based App Goodservice raises $1.6 mn from Sequoia

Chat-based concierge app <g data-gr-id="11">Goodservice</g> has raised $1.6 mn (about Rs10 <g data-gr-id="12">cr</g>) from Sequoia Capital to expand its operations. The firm plans to use these funds to invest in technology and to expand its scale of operations, it said in a statement on Tuesday. <g data-gr-id="13">Goodservice</g> has positioned itself as an app offering one-stop solution “for anything on demand”. It helps facilitate local services from electricians and plumbers to dance and art classes and many more.
