Centralised fitness test for sports quota admissions

Delhi University has from this year onwards decided to conduct a centralised fitness test for undergraduate admissions under its sports quota.

Earlier, the fitness tests and trials for the respective sporting disciplines were conducted by the colleges themselves and that often led to the students having to suffer due to the overlapping of dates. “From this year, there will be a centralised fitness test which will be conducted by the university and the colleges will be sent the results.,” DU spokesperson Malay Neerav said at a press conference here.
