Cattle smugglers shoot at police van; escape

Two suspected cattle smugglers, who were signalled to stop their vehicle at a police check post at Koyal Enclave in Sahibabad area here, smashed a police vehicle before resorting to fire at it and fleeing the spot, an official said on Thursday.
