Case registered against teacher for sexually harassing Class X student

A lady school teacher of Laxmi International School in Manesar was booked for sexually harassing a school boy on Sunday afternoon. A case was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by the boy. 

The minor is a Class X student, who belongs to Kakrola village, and had refused to attend school anymore as he was being sexually harassed. Sources also revealed that the minor was first molested in 2014 by the same school teacher. The harassment continued for a few months. However, the teacher had quit her job some time ago. 

It was only after she quit her job that the minor gathered courage to share his trauma with his family members. The minor then informed his parents about the teacher asking him to perform sexual acts with her in a closed room of the school. 

It all started when the student failed in an elementary subject in 2014. The teacher made him perform such sexual acts as a favour to make him pass in that particular subject. 

By looking at the sensitivity of the case, the police have ordered an entire team to work on the case. A case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. A case has been filed against the school teacher in Manesar police station (Haryana). However, the teacher has not been arrested yet.
