Singer Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher have welcomed their son Isaiah Michael. The country singer welcomed her first child on Feb 27, Underwood announced Tuesday on Facebook, reports people.com.

“Tiny hands and tiny feet … God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born February 27,” Underwood captioned a sneak peek of her newborn.
