Cab driver shot dead in Muradnagar

A 30-year-old man was found murdered on Tuesday on Kannoja road in Muradnagar area here.
Amit, who went missing on Monday night, was shot dead by unidentified men, police said. He lived with his family in Nurpur area of Muradnagar, police said, adding that a case has been registered and they were trying to ascertain the reason behind the crime.
Amit was employed as a driver in a private firm.
‘Police are interrogating some youths of his village. Besides, we are probing if he had any enmity. Amit sustained bullet injuries in his stomach,’ said a police officer.
