Ravi Venkatesan quits as Infosys' independent director

Bengaluru: Infosys' Independent Director Ravi Venkatesan has resigned, the software major said on Friday.

"Independent Director Ravi Venkatesan is stepping down from the Board to accept a new role," said Infosys in a regulatory filing on the BSE.
