MMTC pays 30% dividend for 2017-18

New Delhi: Ved Prakash, Chairman and Managing Director, MMTC Limited was formally presented a cheque for Rs.26.98 crores towards 30 per cent dividend for the year 2017-18 to Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation. MMTC achieved excellent performance during 2017-18 wherein business turnover has increased by over 36 per cent, i.e. Rs.15,757 crores as compared to Rs.11,593 crores during 2016-17. MMTC achieved "Excellent" MoU rating for the year. MMTC has also done exceedingly well by achieving a turnover of Rs.21,877 crores highest in recent years during the nine months period ended December 31, 2018 of the current Financial Year.
