K Ramachandran is new ED of Allahabad Bank

Delhi: K Ramachandran has joined as Executive Director of Allahabad Bank, one of the premier Nationalised Bank of the country with 154 years of service to the nation on 26th December, 2018. Prior to joining Allahabad Bank, he served as General Manager of Corporation Bank. He has been a professional banker for over 33 years. Ramachandran joined Corporation Bank as a Probationary Officer in 1985 and headed various positions thereat. During his tenure at Corporation Bank he discharged responsibility as Zonal Head, Circle Head and also at Corporate Office on various positions. He has vast exposure & experience in handling Credit & Priority Sector Credit, Planning, Information Technology & Financial Inclusion.
