ICSI launches Insolvency & Bankruptcy Journal and Online Disclosure Module
New Delhi: It was an eventful day for ICSI Insolvency Professionals Agency (ICSI IPA) with its new name viz. ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals (ICSI IIP) being unveiled at the hands of M S Sahoo, Chairman, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
The need for changing the existing name was felt by the Governing Board of the Company in view of multi-dimensional role it was playing in enrolling, educating, training and monitoring the cadre of Insolvency Professionals and providing academic and non-academic support to various regulators associated with it. Accordingly, the name of the Company was changed pursuant to the approval of the Central Government and the receipt of the fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
With the unveiling of the new name, it was another honour and privilege for the Company to launch the Insolvency and Bankruptcy E-Journal and the Online Disclosure Module at the hands of Dr. M S Sahoo and in the august presence of other dignitaries.
The ICSI IPA Insolvency and Bankruptcy Journal is being circulated to its members in a hardcopy already. However, with the launch of the E-Journal, the e-copy of the ICSI IPA Insolvency and Bankruptcy Journal shall be available to all the professional members of ICSI IIP as well as the members of ICSI, free of cost without any subscription fee.
The Online Disclosure Module was also released at the hands of M S Sahoo. As of now the Disclosures mandated vide IBBI circular dated January 16, 2018 were being received through e-mails and uploaded on the website of ICSI IIP in PDF.
With the online disclosure module going live, the Insolvency Professionals enrolled with ICSI IIP shall be able to submit their disclosures online by logging in to the disclosure portal at the website of
