Chinese Oppo to set up its 2nd largest India manufacturing unit

New Delhi: Oppo Electronics Corporation is a leading Chinese manufacturer of smartphones, ranks among top five smartphone manufacturing company in the world. The company is planning to expand their manufacturing limit from15 million to 50 million products in a year in Greater Noida, India in next two to three years.

The present plant has 4,000 Indian employees at Assembling and testing unit which will exceed up to 20 to 30 thousand employees for the new plant. The product undergoes 150 nos of test to check its quality and durability which includes electrical performance tests, structural analyses(destructive,structure-plug), environmental aging test (continuous aging of functional components, adaptaility in various environments) to ensure the quality of each and every product.
