Buses with tinted panes still plying

Millennium Post found a few white-line school buses with tinted glasses and curtains on Wednesday. None of the traffic policemen who were posted to keep a check on the tinted glasses, however, failed to catch the drivers. This happened even thoughHome Minister Sushilkumar Shinde had decided to crack down on all buses having tinted glasses and curtains.
Also, just a day after commissioner of police Neeraj Kumar thought of increasing the number of PCR vans on the roads of Delhi, Millennium Post found the barricading, police picketing and PCR vans absent in east Delhi.
It was also quite shocking to see all streetlights on the stretch from Ghazipur to Anand Vihar were non-functional. It is quite shameful that between Ghazipur to Dilshad Garden( 8 kilometers), no police barricading was done. Also, two cars parked on the road opposite the East Delhi Mall (EDM) near Anand Vihar but no one was there to check the people sitting inside them.
