Bukhara features among Conde Nast Traveler's best restaurants

Luxury hotels chain ITC Hotels' acclaimed Indian restaurant brand 'Bukhara' has been recognised amongst the best restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveler, USA.
The publication recognises some of the world's most outstanding restaurant brands, as bastions of local culinary tradition, ITC Hotels said.
Commenting on the recognition, ITC Hotels & WelcomHotels Chief Executive Dipak Haksar said: "In a world where change is the order of the day, Bukhara continues to be acknowledged for its culinary excellence, since its inception, over three decades ago."
It has always been the endeavour of ITC Hotels to showcase the finest culinary traditions, through its signature brands, he added. "We love that nothing about this place has changed in 30 years.
