‘Candidatures of BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi from Varanasi and SP president Mulayam Singh Yadav from Azamgarh is a conspiracy hatched by these parties to turn the election on religion lines, and to divide the voters on Hindu and Muslim ideologies,’ she said while releasing the candidates list of the BSP of all the 80 Lok Sabha seats of UP here
Mayawati said her party will emerge as the balance of power after the elections and it will form the next government at the centre in support of like minded secular parties.
‘The next government at the centre would be formed without the communal BJP and the corrupt Congress,’ she said while adding that SP is not a secular party at all. Mayawati also said that she has not spoken to Mamata Banerjee or Jayalaithaa over the formation of the secular front. ‘Let the results be declared then such talks can begin,’ she added.
‘Our government at the Centre will be on the ideology of Sarvajan Sukhaya, Sarvajan Hitaya formula, which was a hit during the previous BSP regime in UP,’ she said.
