Bono becomes world’s richest pop star

U2 frontman Bono has become the world’s richest pop star after raking in nearly 1 billion pound from his Facebook shares. 

The 55-year-old singer saw a fantastic return in his social network investment and has now overtaken Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney as the world’s richest pop star, who is estimated at 730 million pounds.
