Blown away by Sushant’s dedication : Mohit Suri

Bollywood Director Mohit Suri, who has roped in Sushant Singh Rajput for the film adaption of Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel Half Girlfriend, says he was blown away with the actor’s dedication to portray the role of the Bihari protagonist Madhav Jha. Half Girlfriend marks the coming together of producer Ekta Kapoor, Suri and author Bhagat.

“When I was reading the book, I realised that Madhav’s character has a unique mix of naivety and ruggedness that is intriguing and extremely crucial to the story. The challenge was to put a face to this endearing Madhav Jha, which I could never do until I met Sushant,” director Mohit Suri said.
