BJP says sale of cheaper tomatoes a success

In a bid to reach out to people ahead of the Delhi assembly elections, the city unit of the BJP organised the sale of tomatoes at cheaper rates on the 10th consecutive day in the Vikaspuri area of west Delhi. ‘People admitted that the price of tomatoes in west Delhi have fallen due to this programme continuing for the last 10 days,’ said Rajiv Babber, spokesperson of Delhi BJP.
He termed the move as a new method of demonstration against price rise.
‘We are getting full support of the people and they want that BJP should continue this programme till the Congress government is dislodged from Delhi,’ Babbera added.
