BJP Kisan Morcha takes on Congress

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kisan Morcha wing on Wednesday held a demonstration against Congress party alleging that price rise and corruption prevail in their party, which led to hundreds of farmers committing suicide in the country.
The workers of the group held protest at four different places across Delhi including outer Delhi, Najafgarh, Mayur Vihar and Nandangiri.
Angry workers burnt effigies and raised banners and slogans against Congress for woeful conditions of farming sector in the country.
President BJP Kisan Morcha, Raj Kumar Ballan blamed the Congress for sky rocketing prices and said farmers are committing suicide due to governments wrong policies in agriculture sector. Other senior leaders of the party lamented that tonnes of food grains are getting rotten day by day while farmers and poor are deprived of even one-time meals.
‘The government is least concerned about the produced food grains, as they failed to provide proper warehouse to keep these grains safe. No government can acquire land of innocent farmers without a certain security reason but the government is acquiring their land for their own purpose’, added Ballan.
