AAP ropes in master strategist Prashant Kishore for Delhi elections

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday announced that it has decided to hire famed political consultant Prashant Kishore for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. Party chief Arvind Kejriwal announced the decision on Twitter.

Deputy CM Manish Sisodia tweeted "abki bar 67 par" while reacting over Kejriwal's announcement to rope in Prashant Kishore' firm for the upcoming polls.

Kishore has been known to have massive resources to arrange and strategies many a winning political campaigns.

Earlier this year, he was hired by the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal for the Assemy elections there, scheduled to be held in 2021.

It is also pertinent to remember that Kishore was the central force behind Jagan Mohan Reddy's successful campaign in Andhra Pradesh.

While Kishore is known for his strategy that led to Narendra Modi's election as PM in 2014, he has also worked on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's campaign in 2015 through his Indian Political Action Committee.
