Big B changes plans for Margarita... screening

The screening of Kalki Koechlin-starrer Margarita With A Straw here has lured megastar Amitabh Bachchan to change his plans and extend his stay in the capital.
The team of Margarita With A Straw is holding the screening at a multiplex in Vasant Kunj on Friday. And when the 72-year-old heard about it, he decided to stay back for the screening.
The actor arrived here to receive the Padma Vibhushan - India’s second highest civilian honour. He was conferred the honour by President Pranab Mukherjee at an investiture ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan here on Wednesday. “He (Amitabh) got to know that there is a screening of ‘Margarita With A Straw’ in the capital and he decided to stay back in the city to watch the film,” said a source. Directed by Shonali Bose, Margarita With A Straw also stars Revathi. It is set to release on April 17.
